Photo preparation service
PassportPhoto99 helps prepare photographs using the selected authority’s published specifications. It is not a government agency and does not issue passports, visas or identity documents.
No acceptance guarantee
Automated checks reduce common errors but cannot guarantee acceptance. The issuing authority makes the final decision and requirements can change.
Customer responsibility
You must select the correct country, document, application method and age group, use a true and current likeness, and review the final output before submission.
Business accounts
Business subscriptions are licensed per named user and subject to reasonable use, account security and acceptable-use requirements. Multi-location and white-label terms may be governed by a separate agreement.
Prohibited use
The service may not be used for impersonation, forged documents, fraud, unlawful surveillance, or processing a person’s image without appropriate authority.
